That means we’re able to categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and keep your books accurate and up to date — without needing a shoebox of receipts or in-person meetings. Taxes, reporting, and planning become a whole lot easier when your books are this organized.

  • We use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and reporting, and Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) to capture and organize your receipts. Your banking is securely connected, and all subscriptions are included in your monthly fee — no extra charges or confusing dashboards to manage.

  • Our monthly packages start at $250 + HST, but every business is different. Pricing is based on factors like the number of bank accounts, monthly transactions, and whether you need services like payroll.

    When you complete our intake form, we’ll send you a customized quote based on your needs — no guesswork required.

  • Don’t stress — messy books are more common than you think. Whether you’re behind a few months (or a few years), we can help you get caught up and organized. Clean, current books are key to understanding your finances and moving forward with confidence, and we’ll guide you through every step.

  • Every business is different, but generally you can write off expenses that are reasonable and directly related to your business. This could include things like office supplies, a portion of your home expenses, software, professional services, and more.

    We’ll work with you to identify eligible deductions and ensure you’re not leaving money on the table — without crossing any lines. If you're ever unsure, just ask!

  • Yes! We offer personal and corporate tax filing for individuals and businesses across Ontario. You can combine bookkeeping and tax services, or work with us just for tax season. Either way, we make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

  • No — we work with clients across Canada! Because we use secure cloud-based tools, everything we do can be done virtually. If you're local to Chatham-Kent, you're welcome to visit our office, but we're fully equipped to support you no matter where you are.

  • Just a little! We’ll ask you to upload any receipts and answer occasional questions, but we’ve designed our systems to be efficient and low-effort for you. Most of our clients say the process takes just a few minutes each month — and the peace of mind is worth it.
